Toy Control / Creativity Enhancement

30 January, 2011 § Leave a comment

I have an idea for toy control for parents who are sick and tired of picking up tons of toys in their little one’s bedrooms who also want to encourage their childs creativity. This was thought of in context of little boys so I don’t know what the carry over is for little girls.

  • Make a cycle of toys so that your child has 7 sets of 10 toys.

I’m sure he or she doesn’t quite have 70 toys but you get the point.

This will encourage him or her to be creative with the toys he or she has on that particular day and discourage greed and discontentment from a glut of stimulation. This could also potentially create opportunity to cycle in new toys if a toy breaks or whatever. What do you think?
